Tin Cure Silicone Rubber is also called condensation-cure silicon. These are high-tear silicone rubbers are commonly referred to as the "work horse" of the silicone industry due to their economy and performance. They are used for gypsum, polymer modified gypsum and casting wax, but are best known for standing up to production casting of urethane, epoxy and polyester resins. Tin Cure Silicone Rubber is also good for casting low temperature melt metal alloys.
